Our Executive Leadership team is led by our Executive Director, Rev. Dr. Jimmie Hicks, Jr. .who also believes anything worth doing is worth doing “first-class.”. His extensive leadership drive and success comes from his 5 years as an officer in the US Army Reserves, 8 years of service as a Councilman in the City of Cleveland Heights, 23 years as CEO of the Hicks Insurance Agency, and 14 years as the Pastor of The Start Right Church of God in Christ.
